Comprehensive evaluation- Your first appointment is longer than a typical Physical Therapy visit. Amy takes a full history, assesses your condition, and explains her findings in plain language. For lymphedema patients, she measures and documents your swelling. For musculoskeletal conditions, she works through the McKenzie assessment to identify the precise cause of your pain.

Your individualized treatment plan- No one-size-fits-all protocols. Amy designs a plan specific to your condition, goals, and life, including number of sessions, what to do between visits, and what progress should look like.
Treatment begins- Sessions are hands-on and focused. For lymphedema patients, that means manual lymphatic drainage, compression work, and self-care instruction. For musculoskeletal conditions, it means targeted joint work, and building your capacity to self-manage. The goal in both cases is lasting results, not just in-clinic relief.
